The Marketing Analytics and CRM Specialist will be working as part of the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through email and SMS channels. The position plays a crucial part in supporting the marketing team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create campaigns, as well as automated email communications;
Build audiences for targeted emails;
Oversee the deployment of campaigns;
Implementing dynamic and personalized content across campaigns;
Work across different departments, such as marketing and operations;
Work on post-campaign reporting;
Work to develop scalable acquisition programs with a view to database growth.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Marketing is preferred;
Fluency in the English language - written and spoken;
Any experience/knowledge of email marketing and/or CRM is preferred;
Knowledge of SQL is beneficial;
Working knowledge of HTML is beneficial.
