Currently we are looking for a Senior Office Assistant:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets all visitors arriving to the building and directs them as necessary.
• Provides timely referral to appropriate personnel for appointments.
• Manages all meeting room appointments, security card checkout and etc.
• Schedule meetings and conference calls;
• Provide support in other office activities, as assigned by the company’s management;
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to copying, scanning and making travel plans;
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services;
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or Hospitality Management;
• Proven experience as receptionist, office assistant or virtual assistant
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to operate standard office equipment;
• Fluent English;
• Fluent German will be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in an efficient and professional manner.
• Pleasant, polite and dynamic personality.
