For our team at HRS Bulgaria we are are looking for an outstanding individual for a 6-month internship program with opportunity for permanent employment based on performance in Recruitment department, operating Monday-Friday, business hours:

What are the responsibilities:
• Delivering effective support to the Senior HR Expert;
• Post job advertisements and screen CVs;
• Pre-screen applicants;
• Set up and participate in interviews;
• Manage the communication with the applicants;
• Maintain and update database;
• Support one of the Recruitment teams in its daily activities;
• Provide basic reports upon request.
Job requirements:
• Fluent English speaker and writer;
• Demonstrated interest in the HR field (relevant high school or university degree);
• No previous experience in the HR area;
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills;
• "Can do” attitude, self-starter able to plan and use initiative;
• Excellent computer skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
