Junior Talent Search and Selection Specialist


At first, you will be a part of our internal initial training program and after that, you will be responsible for:

- the recruitment process as creating innovative job ads,
- Testing candidates' skills and knowledge
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Pro-active search of suitable candidates using various tools for this purpose

- University degree or a student in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Economics, or relevant specialty
- Deep interest in the field of HR, especially in the pre-selection and selection processes
- Very good command of the English language - both written and spoken. Second foreign language is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-organised, self-motivated, and positive person
