Business Assistant


Full-time job:

British School of Sofia is looking for a Business Assistant.

Professional Requirements:
Bachelor and / or Masters Degree of Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar field;
Service and guest satisfaction-oriented personality;
Effective scheduling and procedures related contacts with different departments, keep successful room inventory control;
Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
Excellent computer skills;
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
Excellent communication;
Ability to prioritize tasks;
Team player;
Main Responsibilities:
Handle incoming/ outgoing correspondence, managing the agenda - phone calls, bookings, drafting emails;
Coordination and organization of various events and initiatives, clients’ visits;
Prepare reports, presentations, updates, summaries;
Translate documents from / into English;
Take part in the various activities and projects;
Follow the tasks and activities of the Manager regarding meetings and committees coordination and organization;
Participate in management meetings, taking minutes and performing follow-up of the actions required;
Organize agendas for business trips, hotel reservations and tickets purchase;
Diligent fulfillment of all tasks, assigned by the Manager;
