We are looking for Customer Relations Consultants fluent in Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, Irish, or Slovak to join top-performing teams based primarily in Sofia.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering support in your target language;
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions;
• Build strong, trusting relationships through proactive and clear communication;
• Support the overall team performance by meeting individual and team targets.

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch;
• Good command of English (company’s working language);
• Strong communication and customer service skills;
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management;
• Proficiency in MS Office.
