As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with all the information needed about the company, we will answer all your questions and will prepare you for the interview with the client. Our client is one of the leading software product companies in the field of investigations software located in Reykjavík, Iceland. Their mission is to develop business process management and document management software. They work with organizations in both the private and public sectors from all over the world. Currently, they are looking for a Pre-Sales Success Manager who is going to find new and potential clients that can benefit from the company product. Main responsibilities: • Actively communicate with the sales and marketing teams to guarantee the product compatibility and service expectations • Actively work with other departments to ensure business growth and identify new client requirements • Find and contact new potential partners • Keep track of your assigned RFP’s • Identify organizations that can benefit from the company product • Respond to product-related questions by different methods of communication • Expand the RFP repository • Take charge of product demos and other demonstrations and create product overview presentations • Monitor client relations and amplify product usage as part of the onboarding process You will need to have: • Relevant experience in a similar position working with software product companies • Superb communication and presentation skills as well as technical and business knowledge • Excellent time prioritization skills and flexibility to meet sales opportunities and RFP bid deadlines • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-location colleagues • Past experience as part of an international team • A degree in business administration would be an advantage • Knowledge of law practices and processes and experience in digital marketing would be an advantage • Excellent verbal and written English Why join the company? • 25 days paid annual leave • Flexible working hours • Home office policy • No probation period • Food vouchers • Positive work atmosphere If you meet the above-mentioned criteria, don’t hesitate to apply!
