When you join our team, you will:
Provide consulting to all MRO functions with regards to EASA Part-145 and/or EN9110 standard
Perform quality investigations including root cause analysis of various occurrences
Manage authorization process (initial and continuous monitoring) of own and contracted staff required to be authorized for work
Prepare and analyze reports based on defined Quality KPIs
Identify systematic issues and support in defining countermeasures
Present reports and/or investigation results to Senior Management
Take part in the Project Team of ongoing layover as point of contact for Quality topics
Participate and facilitate audits - Aviation Authorities, Customers, Certification (EN9110) and Internal audits
Perform document control in the Organization

You match our need, if you have:
University degree with technical background - Aeronautics is an advantage
Understanding of an Aviation Quality System, particularly in the aspects of EASA Part-145 (Aircraft Maintenance) and EN9110 standard. Previous relevant experience is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Understanding of human factors
Understanding of problem solving techniques and continuous improvement tools
Good skills in using various Windows applications such as Microsoft Office
Able to work effectively under pressure, multi-tasking and able to set priorities
Good communication skills
Presentation skills
Team spirit
