Our current client is a leading global BPO company with well-established operations in Sofia. They are now expanding their team supporting one of the most well-known fashion brands in the UK among end-users.On their behalf, we are looking for Customer Support Representatives.

What will you do?

• Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
• Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
• Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
• Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

You need to have:

• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Positive and responsive approach to communication;
• Ability to work in dynamic environment;
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions;
• High level of self-discipline, confidentiality and precision.
