Key responsibilities:

Loading of Special bids and cost overrides into IM ERP system;
Loading of Customer special prices;
Supporting local teams and raising and routing exceptions;
Processing of all claims and handling automatic cost overrides and bid loading;

Skills and Qualifications:

Work experience in the field of finance and accounting or data entry is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English and Italian - level B2
Good technical knowledge of software and hardware and general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
Teamwork
Multitasking
Meeting tight deadlines
University degree
