CSSP PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION LEAD - TEMPORARY CONTRACT| STAY AT HOME RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Position summary

The CSSP Process Implementation Lead will lead the system implementation for all areas of source to pay and ensure the implementation of sustainable operating results. In this role, you will direct activities for the sub-process leads within their area, identify key functional risks and issues, support change management efforts and escalate appropriately. You will provide key input, collaboration and proactively participate in the development and implementation of short and long term strategies globally, as well as implement global technology initiatives within the different region

Major Tasks
• Provide expertise as the indirect spend source to pay resource and process implementation lead for regional implementation projects.
• Identify and lead strategic sourcing and procurement readiness projects to prepare the business for implementation.
• Identify and document variances or gaps from target architecture and review with finance technology governance council to remedy.
• Support the effort to prepare implementation business case and roadmap.
• Accountable for data readiness, partnering with the data process lead, to define configuration for alignment and testing of the solution.
• Identify, staff and manage subprocess leads including onboarding, task allocation, day to day work direction and performance.
• Support super users with issue identification, resolution and monitoring of business health metrics during the post go live project phase.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in strategic sourcing processes and technologies.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Excellent English language
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in technology deployment.
