Job Description

Job Purpose
· Ownership of Partner Solution and Partner Management strategy for Experian EMEA ID & Fraud and Decisioning solutions
· Detailed market understanding of how client need is resolved by a Partnership and ensuring Partner suitability at an EMEA and Market level
· To own the roadmap for EMEA Solution Partners; owning coordination with responsible stakeholders across global, central EMEA and market teams as well as legal, compliance, pricing and strategy
· Ensuring Commercial viability of Solution Partners; terms, commercials and operating controls
· Ensuring that Experian propositions extract maximum value from Solution Partners and drive solution/proposition utilisation
· Ensuring that management of Solution Partners covers full lifecycle including onboarding, solution changes, sun-setting policy and communications
· Owning Solution Partner Pricing strategies with EMEA Pricing team
· Creating and managing Solution Partner Governance and GTM controls. Oversight of all local market Partner Content activity and ensuring a single common model pan region.

Principal Responsibilities
· Ensuring suitable commercial and contractual terms whether Solution Partner is owned by Global, Region or Market
· Full lifecycle management of Partner from Onboarding, Change Management and Sun-Setting
· Input to EMEA regional roadmaps; specifically, owners of EMEA Partner Roadmap
· Responsible for the Solution Partner governance model and approval/onboarding processes
· Being able to prioritise Solution Partners, ensuring suitability for EMEA and its Markets to solve market needs
· Responsible for strong margin performance and solution utilisation. Covering Market engagement, Proposition Packaging, Sales enablement and engagement
· Ensuring that the EMEA Operational Stakeholder who has demand management responsibility is fully supported by the Solution Partner
· Coordination with EMEA Product and Proposition Release Managers to ensure the optimisation of solutions integrated into ID & Fraud and Decisioning systems
· Scope includes 3rd party and Internal Partner solutions (where sourced from EMEA Market capabilities, excluding Globally released software)
· Ensuring that Compliance and Security assessments exist and are in-date
· Ensuring that robust communication and training strategies and product insights/comparisons are available to support proposition execution and clear seller solution understanding

Qualifications

Required key skills (functional / technical)
· Strong understanding of ID & Fraud and Decisioning solutions, the differences between potential suppliers and the relevance in solving market needs
· Being able to source the right solution and understand its relevancy to regional strategy
· Track record of strong commercial acumen to manage relevant partner relationships
· Knowledge of project management methodology/accompanying software tools
· Being known for and having a track record of effective stakeholder management with strong influencing skills
· Strong oral and written communication
· Strong focus on achieving quality satisfaction and financial outcomes
· Strong understanding of governance and compliance processes to maintain a secure, viable and controlled relationship

Required qualifications/experience


· 3-5 years’ experience within a Senior Solution Partner environment within the software industry
· Record of working to source and onboard vendor solutions (preference for experience within the ID & Fraud or Decisioning market)
