The role is to support the Senior Finance Business Partner, FP&A Manager and the Head of FP&A for the Digitals Wallets division with budgeting/forecasting, driving performance, team management, presentations and ad-hoc requests.

What to Expect:
Preparing budgets, quarterly forecasts and long term plans for the division, with a focus on accuracy and carefully documented assumptions
Partnering with key stakeholders to control and analyze spend and deliver challenging spend targets
On a monthly basis, prepare and present balanced scorecards to Management. This includes KPIs, P&L, variance analysis with commentary and action plans
Initiative driven value-add tasks such as continuous improvement of processes
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities and offering solutions to problems
Ad hoc support to the FP&A Manager and the wider team as required, such as for investor relations and audit queries
Analyze and interrogate the transactional database to identify and communicate appropriate trends effectively to the business
Liaise with the data warehouse project team to deliver automated periodic value adding reports, to deliver timely customer focused information
Develop KPIs, systems and analysis tools as required by the business

Your Profile:
Highly organized - able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Excellent numeracy skills
Attention to detail
Excellent team player
Dynamic and self-motivated
Ability to work with large data sets
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of HFM and EBS desirable
Knowledge of Planning tools highly desirable
Advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, vlookups). Macros non-essential but desirable.
ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation desirable
Mathematics/Statistics Degree or Background desirable
Fluent in written and spoken English
