What to Expect:
Effectively manage and provide day-to-day leadership to approximately 5-6 team members
Responsible for processing timely and accurately payment files in accordance with company policies and sox controls
Ensure proper authorization before processing any payment
Responsible for timely and accurately banks reconciliation
Supporting Treasury team with comparing banks’ deals
Ensure proper accounting of Intercompany payments
Accountable for all assigned Balance sheet accounts
Develop and maintain comprehensive, robust, and relevant set of training materials
Provide support to internal stakeholders (invoice processing teams, divisional controlling teams, reporting teams) on audit queries and other matters

Your Profile:
3+ years of experience in a Procure-to-Pay role
3+ years of experience managing team members
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
ACCA qualification would be advantage
Fluent English
Experience with ERP and Blackline reconciliation tool will be considered an advantage
Analytical; solves problems at root cause and prioritizes effectively
Good organizational skills
Strong communication skills
