Currently we are looking to expand our HR & Payroll Administration team and are looking for a self-motivated and result-driven person with a strong customer-oriented attitude and positive mindset to fill the position of a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist.


Your main responsibilities in this position:

- Coordinate and deliver specialized Payroll and HR administration services and processes for clients from various industries
- Process client payroll data ensuring all related reporting is duly submitted on time and communicate with authorities in that respect as needed
- Support clients’ employees in all matters related to Payroll and HR administration
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients
- Provide input and contribute to the planning and delivery of work, including timelines and project management
- Identify, evaluate, and propose areas for improvements and efficiencies to key business issues
- Support senior management in providing guidance and instruction to junior team members to perform at their best

Your skills and qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Human Resources
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in payroll processing
- Very good knowledge of Bulgarian tax, social security, and labor legislation
- Advanced computer skills - Excel, payroll software
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
