We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic Financial Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage the company’s overall financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal control frameworks to ensure financial stability, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee company-wide budgets across business units, departments, and teams, including annual planning, revisions, and financial accountability.
• Prepare, analyze, and manage profit and loss statements, financial forecasts, and financial performance results.
• Analyze the company’s financial position, identify risks and opportunities, and propose measures to optimize cash flows and capital structure.
• Ensure effective financial control over expenditures, approve key financial decisions, and guarantee compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and executive decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial insights to the CEO and senior management.
• Manage and coordinate relationships with external accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead financial planning, integration, and reporting processes related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
• Ensure full compliance of financial reporting with applicable accounting standards (local GAAP and IFRS) and regulatory requirements specific to the iGaming industry.
• Represent the company on financial matters before financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.


Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Mandatory experience in a financial role within an online casino operator (iGaming).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role (Financial Manager / Financial Controller / similar).
• Strong expertise in financial and management accounting, tax legislation, and financial reporting standards (local GAAP and IFRS).
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow optimization.
• Experience in strategic financial management, M&A processes, financial integrations, and consolidations.
• Prior exposure to regulatory compliance in licensed or highly regulated environments is a strong advantage.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are considered a significant plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• High level of integrity, discretion, responsibility, and attention to detail.
