As a Financial Director at "New I JSC, you will be responsible for the full cycle of preparation and financial management and consultation of projects funded under national and European programmes, with a primary focus on providing financial consulting services within project 101256930 Cyber4All 2.0 – European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH).
The position involves financial consultation services aimed to support startups and SME in coordination and quality control of financial operation and project management, within the CYBER4ALL 2.0 project. Key responsibilities include:
• Assurance of quality and coordinating the financial execution of the project on behalf of all consortium partners and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Grant Agreement.
• Advising clients (SMEs, startups, ICT innovators, public organisations) on funding opportunities focusing on financial management — including public grants, venture investments, hybrid financial models, and cascade funding.
• Assessing clients' investment readiness and developing personalised roadmaps for accessing funding.
• Supporting clients in preparing application documentation and navigating the eligibility requirements of various funding instruments.
• Acting as an intermediary and facilitating connections with potential investors and funding organisations, among other duties.

Education and Experience Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, law, European studies, or related disciplines At least 17 years of experience in the development, accounting and/or financial management, business advising. Knowledge of financial and business advising, rules, eligibility rules and financial reporting procedures for projects. Understanding of key EU policies and financial instruments.
