Card Operations and Strategic Development Lead



Some of your responsibilities:

You will lead operational and strategic initiatives across card and payment services, driving process optimization, digital transformation, innovation, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will oversee cross-functional projects, develop scalable operational capabilities, and lead a team to deliver efficient, customer-focused services aligned with organizational goals.

Essential requirements for the role:

-At least 5 years of professional experience in leading card operations or payments, including team management in a financial institution;
-Strong knowledge of payment operations, process optimization, and digital transformation.
-Experience in managing cross-functional projects and implementing new products, services, or operational improvements.
-Good understanding of regulatory compliance and a results-driven approach to delivering operational excellence.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Very good command of the English language (both written and verbal);
-University degree in Finance/ Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or other economics-related specialty.
