Our current client is an established Bulgarian law firm advising both Bulgarian and international clients across a broad range of legal matters, including commercial and corporate law, tax law, real estate and litigation. On their behalf we are looking for a Lawyer motivated to join their team in Sofia and grow further with them.

Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing contractual and pre-contractual documentation, general terms and conditions, in compliance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation;
Advising on regulatory matters and handling correspondence with the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB), Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP), Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and other relevant institutions;
GDPR-related legal matters;
Independently drafting statements of claim, responses, appeals, cassation appeals and other procedural documents;
Handling disputes concerning unfair contractual terms, consumer credit legislation and limitation periods;
Working on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including contracts, corporate changes and registry proceedings, ensuring a diverse and engaging workload.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Law and full legal qualification;
Practical legal experience;
Admission to a Bulgarian Bar Association, or willingness to obtain admission within a short period;
Proven experience independently drafting procedural documents and representing clients in court;
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professional responsibility.
