On behalf of our client Visteon Bulgaria - a technical center with more than 680 employees with expertise in Software, Hardware and Mechanics, focused currently on the design and development of over 30 projects for millions of cars in future mass production, including BMW, Daimler, Ford, General Motors, Nissan and Hyundai, Adecco Bulgaria is searching for a motivated employee for the position of:

Data Analyst – 6 months projects


Your Responsibilities:

• Provide various reports and analyze large data sets related to the Talent Management platform – employee’s performance, learning modules, etc;
• Support the development of the learning content and loading the necessary documents/events to the platform;
• Interact with Visteon’s employees worldwide in various departments to provide detailed analysis as requested.


Successful candidates should have:

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, other;
• Strong Excel knowledge or experience is essential;
• Experience in data management is recommendatory;
• Very good computer literacy;
• Experience with tools for content development will be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills & good team player;
• Very good English.
