Currently, they are expanding their team in Sofia, and we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Professional to hold the position of:


Contracts & Claims Manager – Renewable Energy


In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial, contractual, and claims management aspects of O&M activities, ensuring seamless transition from EPC delivery to long-term operations. This includes managing warranties, performance guarantees, availability obligations, and back-to-back agreements with clients, subcontractors, and manufacturers.


Main requirements:

- University degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other construction-related/ technical discipline;
- 4+ years of professional experience in renewable energy project delivery, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), or contract management;
- Experience in managing EPC/project delivery and O&M contracts;
- Knowledge of liquidated damages mechanisms, warranties, and availability guarantees;
- Experience in claims and negotiations, combined with strong stakeholder management skills;
- Very good command of the English language;

Advantages:

- Some experience with hybrid projects or large solar photovoltaic plants;
- Knowledge of a second foreign language;
