Our current client is a Scandinavian Transport and Logistics company. On their behalf we are looking for talented and motivated candidates for the role of Freight Forwarder with English, Turkish, or German.


Responsibilities:
Organizing international road transport - planning and managing the work of drivers in international logistics;
Monitoring the smooth running of the shipments and resolving any problems that arise;
Communicating with drivers and customers regarding transportation;
Working with specialized software;
Daily analyzing the location of vehicles and tasks available in the system, in order to achieve optimal fleet management;
Providing help and assistance in situations of a technical or other nature for the drivers;
Tracking the performance of the drivers;
Preparing reports.

Requirements:
Experience on a similar position will be an advantage;
Advanced English, Turkish or German language skills;
Excellent computer literacy; - accuracy and attention;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
Skills to work in a busy environment;
Strong problem solving skills;
Teamwork.
