Technical Adoption/On boarding Engineer
The Technical Adoption/On boarding Engineer is a technical specialist overlay SE who provides high level technical information and design guidance to customers and partners. He collaborates with the requester to recommend and develop appropriate customer solution offerings. The Technical Adoption/ On boarding Engineer acts as an Architecture specialist to become a Trusted Technical Advisor, leveraging the Client's portfolio. May work with, or shadow, other Adoption Engineers and Virtual Systems Engineers to learn how to perform technical support responsibilities. Goes beyond general Product Information to deliver higher value services Like Presentations, Demo’s, Configuration and Implementation Support. The Technical Adoption/On boarding Engineers are deployed and engaged in a pooled / shared capacity (Queue).

Requirements:
1 to 2 years of training/experience/knowledge in general networking with emphasis in Enterprise Networking / Core.
SD-WAN, Viptela and DNAC knowledge a bonus but not required. Primary responsibility will be SD-WAN and DNAC support.
Client’s resources will provide required training. Knowledge of Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew sales motions also a bonus but not required
CCNA & CCNP will be considered, as a plus. ServiceSource will support on Cisco certification, where appropriate for the job profile
Responsibilities:
Work with Customer Success Managers and our Client / Partner account teams to identify technical adoption barriers and opportunities. Provide technical support and guidance to address the barriers and support the opportunities.
Look beyond the initial request intended to clarify and confirm the requirements before focusing on an accurate response and identify if there are opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
Use good judgement to assess the Request and uncover the true scale, business need and timescales of opportunities.
Develop the technical response to technical adoption barriers and the technical elements or approach to address the barrier, including products, solutions, software, product features, configurations and services
Leverage High Value services, including but not limited to: Demos (Dcloud), Customer Engagements, Design Assistance, and Consultative selling.
Work with Customer Success Managers, field resources & partners to successfully resolve all customer questions to aid in the closure.
