Our current client is Bulgarian-Swiss company, the leading manufacturer and exporter in its field of business. On their behalf, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated person with fluent English language to join them as an Assistant to the Production Director.

Responsibilities:
Support the daily work of the production director including meetings and business trips;
Maintain correspondence in English and Bulgarian;
Conduct consecutive interpreting during meetings;
Make written translations;
Process data submitted by Production Director;
Maintain database of sampling prices;
Negotiate and organize accommodation and production of sampling orders;
Collect, send and handle return of samples;
Maintain regularly updated presentation files of factories;
Work in the company’s corporate software.

Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English and Bulgarian;
Fluency in German language would be considered as an advantage;
Computer literacy (Windows, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office);
Previous experience in textile would be an asset;
Ability to travel domestically and internationally;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Excellent team work;
Thriving under stress.
