Our current client is the local partner of a leading global marketing intelligence company. Their mission is to transform the way marketers optimize their marketing performance, business impact, and customer loyalty.
On their behalf, we are currently looking for a MS Seller Support Agent with German, French, Spanish or English only to join their global team in Sofia.

Responsibilities:
• Work with large volumes of historic seller data, extract the required reports and present in a easy to understand format;
• Respond to Seller’s inquiries by mail/chat within the SLAs established;
• Follow-up of assigned cases until a final resolution is reached;
• Maintaining the system of records updated according to established business rules on daily basis;
• Providing the support and guidance as per the norms of the organization;
• Scheduling high-level meetings for complex support requests;
• Provide any other data related support as per client request.
Requirements:
• Previous work experience in a related field;
• Fluent command of German, French, Spanish or English;
• Strong MS Excel skills is a must (Look Up, Pivot table, Power BI, etc.);
• Customer service experience;
• Microsoft MSX CRM experience desired.
