Main responsibilities:

Support Consumer and Prosumer Sales by performing activities related to order management - activation, deactivation, manipulation of Residential and Business Clients services in accordance with the established company procedure
Fill in the necessary information concerning customer services activities into forms and information systems
Operate with specific software applications and customers agreements, documents
Solve customers’ problems aiming satisfactory conclusions
Involved in the preparation of different statistics and other documents upon request for the need of the respective department
Maintain confidential issues appropriately


The position requires:

Minimum high school degree
Previous experience in the sphere of customer care will be considered an advantage
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Good knowledge of English and PC skills, including Word, Excel
Possibility to work on shifts
Ability to work cross-functionally in challenging environment
Effective team player
