We are currently seeking to hire an End-user Support Specialist for a permanent opportunity, based in Sofia.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will be part of our Internal IT team – a local unit in a global network
• You will work with end users to troubleshoot issues on a day-to-day basis, logging and prioritising requests in the IT ticket system
• You will assist in new system or application implementations and configure new PCs
• You will deploy software images for PCs and mobile clients

Qualifications and required skills

• A university degree in IT and some experience in an end-user support role
• Experience in troubleshooting and roll-out and installation of software
• Ability to handle and complete tasks independently
• Excellent cooperative skills and an analytical approach to problem solving
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, network connectivity and communication protocols
