Education/Certification
• Science degree (BSc, MSc) or equivalent technical experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience

Special Knowledge and Skills
• Min 4 years of professional experience with Software Development Projects (not Products)
• Good knowledge and understanding about the software development lifecycle and process
• Experience with working in Agile or preferably in SCRUM setting
• Good organization and priority setting
• Action oriented and good problem solving skills
• Customer Focus
• Very good verbal and written English

Advantage would be:
1. SCRUM certification
2. PMP certification
3. good verbal and written German


Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project under SCRUM and Watefall methodologies
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget
• Manage project resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Monitor, control and track the quality of the project deliverables
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• project evaluations and assessment of results

• Ability to estimate, prioritize and organize tasks effectively
• Ability to make decisions assessing all relevant factors
