SCRUM MASTER
The person in this position will work under the Agile methodology and will ensure that the various method concepts are acquired and accepted and that roles are correctly distributed and understood by the Scrum team (product owner, developer, QA, etc). As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an Agile/BDD coach within the team (product owner included).
The company has the following requirements:
- 3 years of experience working under Agile/SCRUM methodology;
- JIRA
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
- Additional experience in large scale integration projects;
- Flexibility of working hours to work with cross-regional teams across the world;
- Registrations/Certifications: Scrum Master Certification A-CSM, CSP-SM, or PSM II is an advantage;
- Eagerness to act as a mentor and lead other developers of less experience;
- Ability to coordinate both internal and external teams of the company;
