We are looking for: Development Team Leader – Sports Team

As a Development Team Leader in Sports team you will:
- Get deep knowledge in the complex but rewarding world of Sports betting and Online gaming
- Manage the software development life cycle of your team
- Requirements gathering, planning, architectural design, implementation, code review, testing and deployment
- Set quality standards and team working procedures
- Work closely with business owners and product to plan and update on an progress
- Mentor and develop the team including recruitment, training, motivating and developing their skills.

What Are we looking for

Technical (hard skills)
• Experience of leading a technical team
• Excellent skills in using PHP, Node.js , Python
• Advanced architecture understanding both on a theoretical level and on applied level
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices that minimize tech debt
• Working experience with real time solutions that involve Sockets, Queues, distributed data streams and APIs.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, SOAP, REST, TCP IP
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with My SQL / Postgres
• Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language, and of OOP patterns
• Database design (Relational and nosql)
• Commitment to quality, performance, and efficiency

Advantages:
• Experience in online gaming / sports betting industry (Major advantage)
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Working in agile environment and methodologies.
• Kafka / RabbitMQ
• MongoDB
• GCP or other cloud platform

• Experience in taking ownership
• Design and business insight
• Excellent abilities for cross-team collaboration and communication
• Fluent in English
