Junior IT support specialist

Main responsibilities:
· Provide technical support for corporate customers;
· Provide assistance in maintaining the reliability and performance of customer systems;
· Report and record customer issues and implement solutions;
· Provide technical consultations and customer supports via phone, email, internet, or onsite visit as needed;
· Generate sample data and reports to stakeholders.


Requirements for the position:

· Bachelor’s degree in Technical engineering or related field;
· Knowledge in the Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code or similar coding products, Office 365, starter experience with CRM and ERP systems, as well as structured data entry and maintenance of XML;
· Knowledge and experience in C#, C++, MS SQL сървър, IIS will be considered as an advantage;
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken);
· Logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
· Well established soft skills and customer service orientation;
