Currently, together we are looking for an experienced:




TECHNICAL WRITER (CONTRACTOR JOB)



Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning and developing a wide range of documentation for software, including guides, tutorials, Web-based help systems, and specifications.


You will also:

- Gather information by working closely with engineers, PMs, and support teams
- Explore new features in product Beta and release candidate branches
- Verify technical accuracy of the documentation content against a pre-release software version
- Communicate frequently with Bulgarian and US teams and subject matter experts.


Main requirements:

- You’ve spent at least 3+ years in a Technical Writer role within the information technology and services industry;
- Experience in developing SRS;
- Experience in technical writing of software documentation (Administrator’s Guides, Developer’s guides, Installation Security guides, Users' manual);
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) both speaking and writing;
- Experience with Salesforce or screenshot editing tools is a plus.
