FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
JOB ROLE:
Provide required warranty and after warranty services to Company’s customers;
Perform installation support on Hardware and Software at the customer’s sites;
Guarantee high-level customer satisfaction by providing professional, efficient and on-time service support in Company territory.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of electronics or automation;
Experience in service of industrial equipment;
Knowledge and experience with CNC machine tools is a PLUS;
ISO programming is a PLUS;
Knowledge of CNC and servo technology;
Fluency in English (B2 level);
Availability for business trips (visit business partners).
