Our client?
It's a European payment platform, with the aim to improve the future of digital payments. They have a newly opened office in Sofia, and together with them, we are looking for an experienced IT professional with experience and guts to lead the QA team in the position of a:
QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM LEAD
The main goal in this role is to lead and move the QA team to the next level of expertise. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting other team members, advising on the technical direction and improving the current QA practices. Last but not least, you will be involved in the recruitment and training process of the new members.
Required qualifications for the role:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer;
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a QA Tech Lead;
- Hands-on experience in the design of QA automation processes;
- SQL;
- Experience with different version control systems – GIT, SVN or/and TFS;
- Familiar with CI/CD process;
- Agile / Scrum practitioner;
- Very good level of English language;
