Your Role and Responsibilities

If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as the Integration and Iteration Focal in the CIO organization at Kyndryl!
This role is heavily involved in the operations of the CIO including things like L1, L2, and L3 support such as incident and change request ticketing processes and hypercare. You will be working across multiple workstreams and helping with support such as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Some of the tools that you will be working with are Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow. Part of your responsibilities will help be to help design and roll out education to the organization and communications on important operational topics that affect the business. You will help with creating and maintaining process documentation across multiple workstreams.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 4+ years of professional experience in operations or in similar roles that involve working across multiple parts of a business utilizing the skills listed below
- Understand project, change, and incident management and operations
- Be familiar with agile methodologies and phases of the project life cycle (design, develop, test, deploy, review)
- Be detail-oriented and able to support and collaborate with multiple workstreams
- Have good presentation skills to provide education on key topics and processes
- Have good coordination and communication skills
- Have the ability to understand project plan and detailed processes

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Azure Dev Ops (ADO)experience
- Understanding of internal controls/control points
- Iteration manager or project manager experience
- Working in an international environment
- Working on large complex projects
