We are looking for communicative, bright and driven problem-solvers for the role of Level II
Tech Support Specialist with Hungarian, Czech, German, Italian and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Paying close attention to customers’ issues and questions;
* Diagnosing the problem and offering help;
* Using all resources available to help solve the issue in a timely manner;
* Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about the company’s services and products;
* Communicating with ease and clarity, presenting information in a brief and concise way;
* Ensuring great customer experience by demonstrating empathy and patience.
Requirements:
* Great command of Hungarian, Czech, German or Italian;
* Strong English communication skills;
* Technical or customer support experience is considered an advantage;
* Analytical tinker with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skillset;
* Adaptable and customer-oriented with great soft skills;
* Able to time-manage easily and present information in a clear and simple way.
