For their Commercial Department, we are supporting them to recruit several motivated professionals who will join the team in the position of:



BACK-OFFICE SALES SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE


In this role, you will support the sales and finance teams to ensure efficient back-office operations and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

-Processing sales orders accurately and on time
-Preparing and maintaining sales reports
-Supporting the sales team in daily activities
-Handling customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach


Required skills, knowledge and experience:

-Previous experience in Back Office Operations, Customer Support, Sales Support, or similar roles;
-University degree (Bachelor's or Master's ) in Business Administration, Marketing, -Economics, or a related field;
-Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel;
-Experience working with CRM systems;
-Knowledge of SAP or Odoo will be considered an advantage, but it's not mandatory;
-Fluent in German (B2-C1 level) and a solid working level of English (B2 or higher);
