We work hard and we grow fast. We love being surrounded by smart, responsible and easy-going people and we’re now looking for such to join our team as a junior Marketing & Event Coordinator.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Turn event ideas into reality - build execution plans and be the coordinating touch point between parties;
Ensure client success at all events and capture marketing value (e.g., photos, videos, emails);
Collaborate within the Marketing team to generate new ideas to scale and improve event quality and delivery;
Assist with any other marketing task (such as proof reading of marketing material, trade shows organization, social media marketing, etc.) when needed;
Hire and manage additional personnel, oversee logistics, audio & visual equipment during events in which they are needed;
Initiate and coordinate marketing promotion campaigns in collaboration with our Graphic designers' team
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has 2+ years of experience in Event management;
Knows her or his way around a spreadsheet;
Has excellent oral and written communication skills;
Speaks fluently in English, a second language is a plus;
Can work under pressure and manage his/her time wisely without need of constant supervision;
Is a team player, willing to jump in and work on items “outside” of their job.
Needs to be able to occasionally work irregular business hours due to event schedules, set-up and dismantle. (seriously, we mean occasionaly indeed)
