Position Title: Program Manager (Global Finance Services - Sofia)

For our Centre in Sofia we open a new opportunity for a talented individual who will help shape and deliver some of the key GFS projects. The role offers considerable exposure to our global finance teams, senior leaders, and the wider business teams. The role is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in many of the changes that are taking place through the Experian organisation.

The successful candidate with have the responsibility to design, scope and effectively manage and lead the delivery of assigned projects from concept to implementation in line with relevant quality standards and practices. The type of programs will vary from financial processes migration and successful transition, transformation and optimization of already existent work process, to internal projects planning and successful execution.
Responsibilities:

Lead GFS projects from initiation to completion
Establish the project work areas for the GFS including scope and time parameters
Ensure project requirements are fully defined and scoped through the coordination and management of necessary project resources.
Ensure all stakeholders and partners are engaged and fulfilling their requirements
Prepare all necessary project documentation and ensure these are communicated to appropriate stakeholders for timely approvals.
Establish defined project deliverables and goals and monitor progress against project milestone to ensure effective delivery and timely identification and resolution of issues which may impact on delivery.
Establish and manage effective operational processes and procedures to deliver the required project outcomes.

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role, leading transition and transformation programs
Ability to lead change across the organisation and within the GFS, both on systems and processes
Ability to understand resource requirements to match support activities
Strong understanding of project management principles, documentation, project quality standards and relevant reporting requirements.
Experience of working in fast paced, results driven role within complex organisation.
Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills
PRINCE, PMP or equivalent qualification
Lean qualification – minimum green belt
Fluent English
