At the moment we are assisting our client Coca Cola European Partners to set up new team within the accounting area and we can offer you several open roles in Sofia.The key responsibilities can refer to processes related to:
Credit Management
Cash allocation
Pricing
Billing and re-invoicing
Reconciliation
Other duties:
- Evaluation of credit risk;
- Handle customer queries for receivable invoices;
- Invoicing customers and follow-up delayed payments;
- Prepare reconciliations reports;
- High interaction with internal teams based in Spain;
- Ensure that any supporting documentation are provided and regularly updated;
- Provide support to other team members when required;
- Contribute to any process improvement initiatives and proactively support end-to-end activities.
Requirements for successful application:
- University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting;
- Languages: Spanish – excellent level. English – very good working level;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Emphasis on customer service and communication;
- Experience in a multinational company and knowledge in business processes;
- ERP experience desirable (SAP will be an advantage);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Time management, planning and organization.
