If you have:
For BI Developer

Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT or similar background
Experience in an international financial institution or IT/Outsourcing company
Intermediate-to-advanced use of SQL and PowerBI is a strong advantage, but can be substituted by know-how of other BI tools, MS Access, SAS, statistical software, Big Data tools, Python, R, etc.
Desire to grow in an increasingly Agile adaptive organization
Enthusiasm to learn about data its business applications in Banking
Good English-language skills
Strong organizational skills with a dedication to both meeting tight deadlines and outperforming the expectations for quality
Proven Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
Team-player spirit and “soft” skills, as well as ability to deliver independently

For Senior BI Developer

A few years in a Senior role in Business Intelligence (BI), IT Development/Programming, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis (BA), or similar
Experience with analysis or delivery during Waterfall or Agile projects
Advanced practical skills of MS PowerBI/PowerQuery and other BI tools (Cognos, Tableau, etc.)
Expert user of PL/SQL Developer or MS SQL, experienced with complex relational databases, data warehouses (DWH), data lakes, operational data stores (ODS), etc.
ETL/ELT development skills
Experience with or training/license for Agile development, e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, etc.
Familiarity with Cloud technology (Azure, AWS) and integration
A few years of experience in a role of team lead, supervisor or mentor to junior staff
