On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Technical Support Engineers with German, Italian, Dutch and English/ or only English.

What you will be doing:

• Providе technical customer support over the phone, e-mails and CRM;
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues from initial contact to the closure;
• Making sure each phone call is documented;
• Treat customers in a professional positive way.

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience as a Technical Support Specialist;
• Тechnical education/background/courses/certificates – mechanics, electronics or automatics;
• Fluency in German, Italian, Dutch and English/or only English;
• Excellent Customer Service skills;
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve results.
