We are opening our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for: Manager Customer Orders & Requests Central-South (CS) Europe Main role: Manager Customer Orders & Requests will ensure timely and effective management of orders, claims and customer requests for the scope of Area#2 (Italy, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Romania). Day to day you will make a difference by...: Set-up the Order and Request Management function in GBS; Implement ticketing system in GBS; Collaborate to the transfer of activities from local customer service to GBS; Ensure timely and effective management of orders, claims and customer requests in line with internal procedures and with agreed service level targets; Coordinate with functional support at Local and European level in KPIs follow-up process improvement and continuous improvement actions; Provide performance measurement and analysis insights to local / Commercial / European / GBS Management; Stakeholder Management; Harmonize tools and processes for all countries in scope; Recruit, train and engage the team. Required Skills: People management experience; Previous experience in a Shared Services environment for a global company is a plus; Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus; Customer service orientation and attention to details; Very good organizational and planning skills; Professional and efficient use of tools and IT systems; Proactive team-player with “can-do” attitude; Strong customer focus, high ethical standards.
