You will be a part of the Automation division of IBM Cloud & Cognitive software, highest growing and most successful business unit within IBM. You will be a member of high performance dynamic team, and consistent learning and skill updates will be required in this role.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Digital Business Automation is a cornerstone of customers’ Digital Transformation. Companies that embrace AI based hyper automation will lead and those who do not will fall behind. We are adding a new position to our Eastern European Territory technical sales team for a FileNet (ECM and Case Manager) expert to help IBM’s clients simplify and automate daily operations driven by automated business processes and AI insights. This engineer will engage directly in solving real-world document and case management problems in the context of business process automation and be responsible for delivering optimal Business automation solution for IBM clients in Bulgaria and around the EET region.

You will be responsible for technically supporting/leading sales opportunities for the IBM Business Automation portfolio, primarily Cloud Pak for Business Automation based on OpenShift, with a primary focus on ECM, BPM and Case Manager components of the IBM Business Automation stack.
You will be covering your local market as well as supporting Eastern European Territory and, when required,
Central Europe markets, sometimes (infrequently) assisting on important projects in wider Central and Eastern Europe. As a member of the team, you should be deeply familiar with the challenges that LoB leaders face around Business Processes and Content/Case/Process management, and be equipped to make recommendations for where and how to apply advanced process/case automation, ECM, and RPA tooling.
You need to have in-depth knowledge of modeling, implementing, automating, optimizing, and reporting on Business Processes (including Case and Content Management) and the ability to identify and deploy the right set of tools in customer’s environment. It will be considered a plus if you are proficient and knowledgeable with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, having an understanding of and hands-on experience with pods, containers, deployments, services, and other essential components of the Kubernetes platform.
You need also to have excellent business analysis skills to help identify process gaps and suggest the right automation and/or AI tooling to close these gaps. Ability to develop customization artifacts (scripts, UI, custom logic, etc) in popular programming languages such as Java or JavaScript will be considered a major plus.
You will be in charge of analyzing customer requirements, proposing architecture, demonstrating technology or product / solution capabilities, executing Proof of Technology and Proof Of Concept or MVP activities, provide technical coaching to colleagues, Partners, and Customer, deliver customer and BP presentations, presenting at industry events, technically drive sales opportunities.
You will be cooperating with EET and CEE IBM Automation teams. The job may require travel to supported countries (across Eastern European Territory). Ideally, you should have strong industry experience and background in one of the following industries: Banking, Telco, Public sector (Government).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a senior skill level candidate with University degree in IT, Mathematics/Statistics or related engineering degree with at least 3 years or professional experience in the field of IT Business Process and/or Case Management and Content Management using IBM BPM and FileNet or competitive products, technical presales or service delivery experience, with history of working in one of key industries (Banking, Telco, Government) with elevated security and privacy requirements. Ideal candidate should have advanced FileNet ECM, BPM and Case Manager administration and implementation skills, experience with Business Process capture, modeling, optimization and automation. Experience deploying IBM Cloud Paks in real life billable services projects or PoC/MVP activities will be a major plus.

Required Core Technical skills
========================
Hands on experience deploying, developing content/process applications and customizing BPM, FileNet P8, FileNet ECM, Case Manager or comparable competitive products
Advanced experience in Business Process Modeling with demonstrated industry expertise
Experience with other IBM Business Automation portfolio products (Datacap, RPM, ODM, BAI and/or competitive conterparts) , both traditional and containerized versions, will be considered a major advantage
Experience with IBM Integration portfolio products (ACE, API Connect, MQ, DataPower and/or competitive conterparts) , both traditional and containerized versions, and overall experience in messaging and integration will be considered an advantage.
Experience in project management and service delivery is mandatory. Experience in technical sales or sales roles and knowledge of the local market will be considered a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

3+ years of experience in IT Business Automation, specifically ECM, BPM and/or Case Manager solutions, in complex and demanding projects.
1+ years experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift,
2+ years experience developing customization artefacts for Digital Business Automation products. Experience with deploying and managing IBM Automation products running on OpenShift will be considered a plus.
