Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support the Retail Banking Division of the Bank as a Direct Marketing Campaign Expert in Sofia.Основни задължения:
• Preparation of specialized report and analysis;
• Processing databases for the purposes of direct marketing and cross sales;
• Data analysis and segmentation of various target groups;
• Development and testing of statistical model;
• Preparation, implementation and control of direct marketing campaigns;
• Project management (Preparation of business requirements, tests and trainings.
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
• Advanced level of English language, both written and spoken;
• Experience with data mining (SQL; MS SQL; PL/SQL Developer) is an advantage;
• Experience with statistical analysis (SPSS; SAS) is an advantage;
• Very good analytical and communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Quick decision making, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and good prioritization skills are an advantage.
