We are seeking motivated candidates who are fluent in German/English/Serbian/Turkish/Greek/ possessing excellent communication skills, confident negotiation abilities, and have a trading-oriented mindset. The International Trade Specialist will be responsible for developing B2B relations with prospective and existing clients, communicating via phone and email, and ensuring smooth trade operations.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain B2B relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct business negotiations and ensure successful trade deals.

• Communicate with clients via phone and email to address their inquiries and concerns.

• Ensure timely delivery of products and services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of trade operations.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and success.



Requirements:

• Fluent in German/English/Serbian/Turkish/Greek

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Confident negotiation abilities.

• A trading-oriented mindset.

• No experience required; training will be provided.
