AI & Copilot Solutions Engineer

Our client, a leading international organization, is looking for an AI Engineer with a focus on Copilot Studio to design, develop, and operate modern AI-powered and Copilot-based solutions that enhance employee experience and optimize internal processes.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions — from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered solutions
• Build automation workflows using Power Automate, integrating AI models with enterprise systems
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and grounding strategies
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps)
• Create and maintain custom connectors for internal HR and enterprise systems
• Apply best practices in software engineering (testing, CI/CD, monitoring, governance)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver POCs, pilots, and scalable solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards

Requirements
• Experience in AI/ML engineering and end-to-end lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Experience with Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI
• Background in API development and custom connectors
• Experience with Databricks (data engineering / orchestration)
• Proficiency in Python (or similar language)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (monitoring, versioning, governance)
• Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings
• Knowledge of enterprise security and Responsible AI principles
