Your responsibilities will include:
⭕ Leading and organizing the overall Front Office operations;
⭕ Managing processes and driving continuous optimization;
⭕ Ensuring high service standards and consistent quality delivery.
This position is suitable for you if you:
✔️ Have experience in a managerial role within a hotel;
✔️ Are fluent in English and confident working with Opera PMS;
✔️ Can organize, motivate, and supervise a team effectively;
✔️ Make calm and efficient decisions in a dynamic environment.
