Key Responsibilities:

• Development of customer potential
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention and development and take a consultative approach in delivering solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
• Present a professional company image to all customers at all times
• Assist with customer queries in a timely fashion
• Provide timely and accurate business information, reporting and forecasting
• Liaise with Operations management teams to ensure new business requirements are planned with adequate resources available
• Pro-active communication with clients with high volume of telephone conversations

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer facing experience
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge in German and English is a must
• Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
• Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
• Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems and/ or analytics is an asset
