Sales Support and Customer Care Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Process, manage and record sales by telephone
• Support for registration on website, in tax refund system and in toll system
• Support for issuing of advance or deposit invoices
• Regarding manual transactions
• Running regular reports for sales team and finance team;
Requirements:
• Experience of working in similar role 1 year
• Very good level of English – B2;
• Highly organised, able to work under pressure, to deadlines and multi-task;
• Good communicator, able to liaise with clients;
• A collaborative person, able to work across the group;
• Problem solving skills and willingness to take the initiative;
